Theozilla is an episode of the ALVINNN!!! and The Chipmunks series.

Synopsis

When Alvin is paired with Simon for a science project, he accidentally creates a potion that turns Theodore into a 30-foot giant.

Plot

Miss Smith unenthusiastically informs the class that it's time for a science fair and since everybody always does volcanos, she encourages them to get creative and then decides to pair Alvin with Simon after the other students leave. In the lab, Simon works on their project while Alvin is bored and plays with the beakers. Simon tries to get his brother to sit and do nothing, but he continues to goof off, in doing so causes Simon to spill everything. While he's off to get supplies to clean it, Alvin begins mixing random chemicals until he accidentally created magneto-sprites, a spray that attracts like objects. Simon thinks it's best to save the rest of the solution for the science fair, but Alvin secretly takes it and goes around spraying things (such as a soccer ball and Miss Croner). Back at the Seville House, two men from the government arrive asking for Alvin. Simon tries to convince them it was a joint invention, but Alvin dismisses Simon as a lab assistant. As he used all the magneto-sprites, the agents ask him to make more. Alvin tries to recreate the solution only to fall short so Simon recreates the lab conditions. This too fails and the new solution transforms Theodore into a giant who begins to terrorize the neighborhood. The two normal-sized chipmunks begin to reverse sequence the reaction and create a cure for Theozilla. After Theo transforms to his normal size, Miss Smith is jolted from her daydream and decides to make Alvin a judge instead.
