In this film, Miss Miller only is heard on the phone yelling at Dave because Alvin made an explosion by mixing two diffrent chemicals together, and The Chipettes (In which she calls the girls) were scared to death.

Miss Miller hasn't appeared or mentioned in the live-action movies yet, and has most likely been replaced by a woman similar to her, and does not mind watching the chimpunks and chipettes as seen in Little Alvin and the Mini-Munks.
