The Miller House is where Miss Miller and The Chipettes live (except in ALVINNN!!! and The Chipmunks).

Miller House in 80s Series

80s series

After The Chipettes were reported for living alone in their tree-house during the Alvin and the Chipmunks episode Help Wanted: Mommy, the girls decide to move into the Miller House next door to the Seville House in order to stick together after a brief stay with The Chipmunks.

The style of the Miller House in the 80s series is unclear. The external roof is red tile and consists of an odd arrangement of pointed arches and a conical roof piece. The siding is brown wood, surrounding arched front windows, with the house's base made of light brick. A front porch and second-story balcony attach to the two-chimney house. The front yard is bordered by a white-picket fence and two rows of hedge.

Exterior of Miller House in Wolfman

Meet the Wolfman

In Alvin and the Chipmunks Meet the Wolfman, Miss Miller's house looks completely different from the original version as seen when The Chipettes run inside screaming. This version is a loose Mediterranean style dwelling showcasing more stone and concrete than wood as shown in the steps and door arch. The house also appears to be just a single story lacking the 80s porch and landscaping while featuring a darker roof. The interior layout is never seen.

A small-tease of Miss Miller's house in ALVINNN!!!

CGI series

In the CGI series ALVINNN!!! and The Chipmunks, Miss Miller's house hasn't yet been revealed properly, yet a small portion of it was teased in the episode Albrittina where Miss Miller is seen watering the house. The house's external roof is a grey tile with walls that appear to be concrete. Similar to the 80s, a chimney is visible. The side garden is bordered by a white-picket fence with flower bushes resting on the ground behind it. The Chipettes' Treehouse is also shown in the large flowering tree in the backyard corner closest to the Seville House. The interior layout, just teased in the episode Who's Your Daddy, is very modernized in style.

From the street's perspective, the CGI Miller House rests to the right of Dave's house, unlike the 80s house that rests to the left. Even the Wolfman house is positioned differently in the neighborhood; in this case it's located on an entirely different street from the Seville House.
