Gail is Dave's former boss who appears in the first CGI/live-action film Alvin and the Chipmunks.
Gail is in charge of marketing, with Dave under her, the Good-Able (mistaken by Dave as Yum-Able) energy bar to Amy, Ted, and Barry (likely executives). She tries to lighten the mood in the room a couple of times; for example, when Dave misnamed the bar, she corrects him with a little laugh. She lets him go when he says he will clean out his office as a result of The Chipmunks' drawings on this presentation boards.
